The 26 Wellness Center challenges every individual to achieve optimal health through four core areas of heart, mind , body and soul. It is a unique community experience offering full commercial workout facilities, relationship building activities, community service and lifestyle change classes. The wellness center provides the opportunity to experience a whole new you in a whole new way.

The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is...to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s disease through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum.

Life Line Screening
The 26 Wellness Center hosts several screening events each year. Please check back for information on when our next screening event will be in 2025.
Life Line Screening, the nation’s leading provider of preventive health screenings, will offer affordable, non-invasive and painless health screenings at Cross Church - The 26 Wellness Center.
A package of five screenings to identify risk for stroke, heart disease and other chronic conditions will be offered:
Carotid artery ultrasound to identify plaque buildup in the carotid arteries, a major risk factor for stroke
Abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound to identify presence of an enlargement in the largest blood vessel in the body
An EKG to identify the presence of atrial fibrillation, which increases the risk for stroke
Ultrasound of the lower legs to look for plaque buildup known as peripheral artery disease
Ultrasound to identify risk for osteoporosis
DAY CAMP 2025
Join us for a new Day Camp experience in 2025 where campers will learn about Jesus while participating in a more arts and crafts type of setting.
Who: who have completed Kindergarten through Completed 5th Grade
When: TBD - check back in the spring of 2025 for definitive dates and times

TRIUMPH SPORTS
Triumph Sports is a Christ-centered organization utilizing sports as a way to teach kids ages 5-12 years old about Christ as well as receive quality sports based skills instruction. All coaches are background checked, thoroughly trained and genuinely interested in making sure your child has the best week ever!
Cross Church NRH and The 26 Wellness Center have hosted summer sports camps with Triumph Sports for 10+ years and every year it gets better!
Camps will be held during July this year:
July 22-25, 2024 - MultiSport Camp 9am-1:00pm
July 22-25, 2024 - Basketball Camp 1:00pm-4:00pm
We would love for your 1st - 6th grader to participate in our partnership league with The Hills Church. Player registration includes a game jersey, t-shirt and car magnet.
Upward Basketball provides your child with the opportunity to play with a passion and a purpose.
Self esteem and Christlike character is promoted by providing:
Each player signs up as an individual, not as a group or team
Players have a devotional and learn Bible verses at every practice
Individual awards after each game
Equal playing time for every player
A one hour practice and game each week of the season
An evaluation process to provide equal opportunity for improvement
