Once upon a time, people knew their neighbors. They talked to them, had cook-outs with them, and went to church with them. In our time of unprecedented mobility and increasing isolationism, it's hard to make lasting connections with those who live right outside our front door.

NRH Ice Rink-NYTEX Sports Center for pizza and fun team activities, 5—8:30 p.m.
Meet at the NYTEX Sports Center, 8851 Ice House Dr., NRH 76180.
Cost: Danny will supply pizza for you. Bring money to purchase any other food and drinks at the Sports Center. No outside food or drinks are allowed into the complex.
There will be games and team activities in the cool air conditioned building. A meal will be served during the evening. Wear your favorite Team jersey to this event. Bring a lawn chair and/or blanket to sit on. Yes, we WILL be inside where it is cool. Come ready to have some fun and (a little friendly competition) between our GPS classes. No children at this event but bring a neighbor or friend for a fun evening.

GPS spends a Day in Granbury
10 a.m. - Church bus leaves NRHBC West parking lot. (Room for 15 ticket-holders on the bus - all others will car pool)
11 a.m. - Shopping on the square and seeing the sights.
12:30 - Lunch at Babe’s! (bring money to pay for your meal)
2 p.m. - Granbury Live presents, “The Musical Legacy of Willie Nelson.”
4 p.m. - Return to NRHBC
TICKETS ARE $25
Purchase a ticket directly from Danny Stafford or below. 20 tickets are reserved. You must pay in advance in order for us to get the group rate.

Please join us the first Sunday every other month at 10:45 AM in room 221 for a time of Bible Fellowship together. Enjoy music, snacks, drinks and fellowship with singles from other classes.
Divorce Care is DVD and workbook-driven and is facilitated by men and women who have not only experienced divorce, but have gone through Divorce Care and been blessed by God. Whether you are divorced, separated, or just broken, Divorce Care is for you. You can jump into this 13 week course at any point. It meets in Room 108 on Sunday mornings. Books are $16 and donations toward the cost are accepted. If you have any questions about the program, do not hesitate to contact us.
